Netflix will premiere in October “Living with Yourself”, a series starring Paul Rudd twice
Paul Rudd starred twice in a new comedy series produced by Netflix, titled “Living with Yourself.” The plot presents the life of Miles Elliot played by Rudd, a man who is going through a tough midlife crisis and decides to try a novel treatment that promises to make him a better person, but soon discovers what he will be replaced with an improved version of himself.
“Living with Yourself” is an existential comedy that starts from the question: do we really want to be better? The series consists of eight episodes and is narrated from multiple points of view and intersecting storylines . The show stars Aisling Bea, Paul Rudd and … Paul Rudd. The creator and screenwriter of the series is the Emmy winner Timothy Greenberg (“The Daily Show with Jon Stewart”), and the directors are Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris (“The Battle of the Sexes,” “Little Miss Sunshine”). Executive producers include Anthony Bregman and Jeff Stern for Likely Story, Tony Hernandez for Jax Media, Dayton, Faris, Rudd and Jeff Blitz.
