Surprisingly, Steve Harvey make the biggest mistake in the Miss Universe contest history, he announced Miss Colombia (Ariadna Gutierrez) as Miss Universe in the final results, when the winner actually had been Miss Philippines (Pia Wurtzbach).

Later Harvey shows the results in front of the camera, saying: “I’ll take responsability for this. It was my mistake.”.
