The True Gaming Laptop is here, Razer Blade

We may have seen another Alienware or Dell laptops pretending to be optimized for gaming, but nothing yet like what Razer has created. The Razer Blade is an high-portable machine for gamers with an incredible performance and a revolutionary user interface called Switchblade UI.

Razer teamed with Intel and NVIDIA to create a laptop with a Core  i7 processor and a high-performance GPU that could run next-gen video games on a 17-inch screen, weighing less than 7 pounds and 0.88 inches thin.

The Switchblade UI give to the user 10 customizable keys with its own icon and a multi-touch LCD panel which displays in-game information like chat messages, inventory or quests. In addition, the LCD panel can be used as a multitouch trackpad if you don’t have a mouse around. GamingBuff.com is calling this feature, “the next crucial user input for gaming laptops”

The price of the Razer Blade will be around US $2,799.99 and it will hit the market later this year in North America.
