We may have seen another Alienware or Dell laptops pretending to be optimized for gaming, but nothing yet like what Razer has created. The Razer Blade is an high-portable machine for gamers with an incredible performance and a revolutionary user interface called Switchblade UI.
Razer teamed with Intel and NVIDIA to create a laptop with a Core i7 processor and a high-performance GPU that could run next-gen video games on a 17-inch screen, weighing less than 7 pounds and 0.88 inches thin.
The Switchblade UI give to the user 10 customizable keys with its own icon and a multi-touch LCD panel which displays in-game information like chat messages, inventory or quests. In addition, the LCD panel can be used as a multitouch trackpad if you don’t have a mouse around. GamingBuff.com is calling this feature, “the next crucial user input for gaming laptops”
The price of the Razer Blade will be around US $2,799.99 and it will hit the market later this year in North America.
