Spielberg takes us to the First World War

From Steven Spielberg and DreamWorks Pictures, this christmas comes War Horse. An epic adventure about loyalty, hope and tenacity in the rural areas of England and Europe during the First World War.

The film tells us the story of a young man named Albert and his horse, Joey, and how their friendship is broken when Joey is sold to the cavalry and sent to the trenches of World War One. Despite being too young to enlist, Albert heads to France to save his friend.

The cast consists of Jeremy Irvine, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hiddleston, David Thewlis, Emily Watson, Toby Kebbell, David Kross, Niels Arestrup, Geoff Bell and Peter Mullan.
