FALLING SKIES: The New Summer Alien Invasion TV Series!

TNT, the network that ‘knows drama’ brings us a new alien invasion TV series for this summer: ‘FALLING SKIES’. This new battle between aliens and humans is scheduled to air on June 19 at 9/8c and  is executive-produced by Steven Spielberg, along with a pool of amazing talent like DreamWorks Television heads Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank, Graham Yost and Oscar-nominated screenwriter Robert Rodat.

The show starts with a world already in chaos from the alien attack where each new day presents a chapter for human survival and with the creative mind of Steven Spielberg behind the production of the TV show, you can definitely count on mind-blowing effects and thrilling battles scenes to entertain us this summer.

However, special effects alone do not make a good show, drama does – the center of the series is a character performed by Tom Mason whose family has been torn apart, his wife killed on the initial attack and one of his three sons captured by the alien species. Tom’s character is a professor from Boston who fights along with the rest of the survivors, an alien species that is both dark and merciless with extremely developed military tactics that turn them into powerful opponents.
