Apple now selling Unlocked iPhone 4 from $649
On Tuesday, Apple started selling unlocked iPhone 4 from its online store, the 16 GB version for $649 and 32 GB for $749 (both available in white and black colors).
The Unlocked iPhone 4 sale is restricted to residents of the United States only.
The phone comes without a micro-SIM card, so customers must purchase a SIM from any operator in order to make the iPhone work.
This measure brings benefit to all those Apple customers who are constantly traveling, as they can now use local lines in the countries where they arrive to avoid incurring high costs of international roaming.
Or maybe they’re just trying to give more battle to Android…
